I had an appointment and needed to make an additional stop, and they were more than able to assist me. Since switching to their transport service I have not had any issues, the owner always communicates. They’re always providing excellent service and truly care about their customers. I also love that they are so patient & wait for me to finish with my appointment to take me home. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Easy to call and book a trip. Had a wonderful experience to and from my Optical Dr appointment. The driver was very kind, helpful & assisted me in and out of the vehicle. The drive was Smooth & got me to my location a few minutes early. I will be booking this service again. Thank you ACT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am truly very satisfied with this service. They were able to get my grandmother from our home to her appointment quickly. She always complains that services get her to her appointment late and it doesn’t make her happy. But with this service she was extremely happy and will be using the services again. She says the driver was so lovely and nice to her she is grateful they picked her up and nobody else.

I want to thank Advent care Transportation for being so gentle with my grandmother. You got a forever client in me. I appreciated the punctuality they arrive 10 minutes before time and she was at her appointment with almost 40 minutes to spare. The driver was very patient with her which I greatly admired.
